- Shipping Scope
We support delivery to most countries and regions around the world. Individual countries with strict customs control cannot be shipped. You can check available shipping areas on the checkout page.
- Order Processing Time
All orders will be sorted, inspected and packaged within 1–5 working days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on holidays and weekends will be processed on the next working day.
- Delivery Time
Standard international shipping: 12–30 working days. Expedited shipping: 5–12 working days. The delivery cycle will be affected by customs clearance efficiency, local logistics, weather and holidays. We cannot guarantee absolutely fixed delivery time.
- Customs Duties
Buyers are responsible for import tariffs, consumption taxes and customs clearance fees generated by local customs according to local laws. We declare goods truthfully according to international logistics requirements and cannot alter declared value to avoid customs duties.
- Logistics Tracking
After shipment, we will send the tracking number to your reserved email. You can track logistics dynamics online. If the package is lost or stuck for a long time, contact us via email with your order number for follow-up.
- Wrong Address Responsibility
Please fill in the complete and accurate receiving address. The seller shall not be responsible for delivery failure, loss and return caused by wrong address, unreachable phone number and recipient refusal to sign.
