This policy serves as general guidelines and does not constitute legal advice.
1. Return Eligibility
Goods can be returned or exchanged within 30 calendar days after customers receive the package. All returned items must remain unused, unwashed, intact with original tags, packaging and accessories attached. Damages caused by personal use, improper storage, man-made scratches or stains are not eligible for return. Customized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there are manufacturing defects.
2. Return Process
- Send a return application email to let@levronet.com with your order number, product photos and return reasons.
- Our customer service will review your request and send the designated return address within 2 business days.
- Ship the items back following the provided address, and send us the return tracking number after shipment.
- We will inspect the received goods and complete the refund within 3–7 working days.
3. Shipping Fee Rules
- If returns are caused by our errors: wrong items, quality defects, shipping mistakes, we cover the round-trip shipping cost.
- For voluntary returns due to personal preference, size unsuitability or other subjective reasons, buyers bear all return delivery fees. Original shipping expenses will not be reimbursed.
4. Refund Method
All refunds will be issued via the original payment account used for checkout. Bank transfer and card refunds may require extra processing time determined by financial institutions.

6. Exceptions
